Do you take insurance for your services?

At this time, insurance does not cover advocacy services.

Why would I use an advocate?

Having a professional that knows the medical system, the questions to ask, and experience navigating and coordinating medical care can save you time, improve quality of care, and may decrease costs by efficiency. An advocate can decrease the stress and worry, and reduce the impact on your life and the lives of loved ones.

Do you offer services outside of Washington state?

Willow Patient Advocacy currently operates only in the Northwest, primarily Washington State. This allows us to be accessible and to be physically present for our clients so the best advocacy can be provided.

What if I live out of state, but my aging parent/loved one lives in the Northwest. Can I work with you??

This is absolutely something we can help you with. Coordinating care from afar is difficult. We can help manage care, coordinate appointments, accompany clients to appointments and more. We can ease your mind, knowing that there is someone looking after the needs of those you care about.

What does the name Willow Patient Advocacy signify?

A Willow tree is strong but flexible. These are two essential characteristics needed to navigate our health care system.
